Community Prayer Requests

Community members and their families request your thoughts and prayers for the following Community-related intentions. Community members only may request posting of intentions by contacting the Prayer Intention Administrator at prayers@christiancommunitynj.org to have an intention posted on this page and in the Community Weekly Bulletin. Intentions will be posted for a period of 3 weeks, unless a request for renewal is received by the administrator prior to the end of each 3-week period. Please Note: Community-wide email broadcast message requests must be requested separately.

Please give prayers of thanksgiving for little David H. who is home now--almost a miracle! However, he is still taking medication to reduce the size of the worrisome blood clot.

Marie Hogarty asks the Community to pray for her good friend Mariann Moore who is receiving chemotherapy for a returning cancer.

Praise and thank God for the successful back surgery of Eric Myers, son of Mike. Eric expects to be in good shape by July when his first child is due.

Bill Easton is now recuperating at home.

Dan Connors is recovering from his surgery at home now. Please continue praying for his complete return to health.

Cy Devery passed away on Feb. 23. Please keep him and his family in your prayers. Arrangements are not yet available.

Jacob's family expresses thanks for our prayers and all our various support and requests our prayers as they prepare to have Jacob start (maybe Dec. 7th) an acute inpatient rehab program at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. It is a four week program, but possibly longer if Jacob shows satisfactory response. Maya's mother is coming to help the family here.
